 A graduate of the University of Wisconsin Law School and Oberlin College,  Daniel has previously worked with the Environmental Protection Agency and various environmental and Tribal advocacy organizations.  During law school, Daniel was active as an articles editor with the Wisconsin Law Review, president of the Environmental Law Society, and research assistant with the Great Lakes Indigenous Law Center.
