Tyler Pluff’s practice focuses on municipal law, land use, contracts, civil litigation, and trademark/copyright law.

            Municipalities are faced with unique issues and require attorneys who are familiar with the problems they face daily.  Tyler has developed significant skills and experience handling the variety and complexity of issues faced by the Firm’s municipal clients and prides himself on his ability to work well with the various governing bodies to address their particular and diverse needs.

            Tyler serves many Door and Kewaunee County municipalities on a great range of issues, including, zoning and planning, litigation, labor, environmental, construction, drafting of ordinances, resolutions and policies, ordinance enforcement, licensing issues, agreements, police and fire, prosecution, public works issues, eminent domain and all other general municipal matters.

            Tyler also represents private citizens, developers and organizations in matters involving municipalities and/or municipal officials, zoning and planning, eminent domain, ordinance

violations and real estate matters.  Tyler handles municipal matters at administrative levels as well as in litigation.

            Tyler assists businesses and entrepreneurs in understanding Trademarks and Copyright and helping them protect their intellectual property rights.  He is able to assist a client from the idea stage, to the filling of the trademark and/or copyright, and to the enforcement and protection of a client’s intellectual property rights. 

            When not in the Office, Tyler enjoys spending time out on the water or playing sand volleyball.  Tyler is a leader of the NexGen young professional group of Door County and works to attract and retain young professionals in the area.  Tyler also enjoys spending lots of time with his black lab Lilo.
