Peter Bazianos practices in the areas of real estate, land use, business law and corporations, and estate planning.
Peter utilizes a strong finance background to understand the nuances of the land and business transactions that he facilitates for his clients, ensuring that each client is entering into an agreement that is fair and appropriate for their needs. His background also allows him to maintain a detailed understanding of the financial and real estate markets in which his clients operate, here in Door County and beyond.
Peter’s passion in his practice is analyzing and drafting contracts and related documents. Heenjoys solving the unique challenges that each client brings to the table. By taking the time to draft agreements tailored to his individual clients, Peter ensures that his clients’ needs are met, that they are afforded sensible protections, and that, when the matter is resolved and pen meets paper, they have a sound, well-written legal vehicle ready to work for them.
Outside of the office, Peter spends most of his time with family and friends. Peter is a passionate bass fisherman, often spending weekends at his family’s lake home in Minocqua, Wisconsin, where he is always by the water or out exploring one of the thousands of lakes in Oneida and Vilas Counties. When he is not on the water, Peter can usually be found cheering on his beloved Alabama Crimson Tide.
