Randall J. Nesbitt Biography

Randy has a diverse civil litigation practice. His practice focuses on general commercial litigation in which he represents both individual and corporate clients, school boards and municipalities, banks, credit unions and manufacturers. As a diligent advocate for his clients for over two decades, Randy also assists businesses with a wide range of workplace policies, as well as with the development and review of employment contracts.


Randy obtained his board certification as a civil trial specialist by the National Board of Trial Advocacy. Candidates for this designation must demonstrate a significant history of trial experience, supply judicial and peer references, document their participation in continuing legal education, show an absence of any disciplinary matters brought before any official body, and successfully complete a day-long written examination.


When he is not in court or a municipal meeting, Randy enjoys spending time with his family, working on a hobby tree farm, hiking and biking. He has been active in leadership roles in several organizations benefiting the community including the Sunshine House, Inc., Corpus Christi Church, Knights of Columbus, Jaycees, the Boy Scouts, and the Door-Kewaunee Bar Association.
